At ROCK PAPER SCISSORS, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you receive a defective product, we will be happy to assist you. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Defective Product Returns
We accept returns only for defective products. If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, please email our Customer Support on sales@rockpaperscissor.co.za to initiate the return process. Be sure to provide your order number and describe the defect in detail.
- Return Authorization: Our Customer Support team will assess your request and, if the product is indeed defective, will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. Please ensure that you receive this RA number before proceeding with the return.
- Return the Product: Ship the defective product back to us in its original packaging, along with all original accessories, documentation, and a copy of the packing slip or invoice. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund or offer a replacement, as per your preference.
2. Non-Defective Product Returns
We do not accept returns for non-defective products. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and hygiene of our hair extensions and hair products. Please carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction.
3. Refund Process
IWe offer refunds only for defective products. If your return is approved for a defective product we will process your refund within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
